- Sent to the correct deposit address
- Used a supported network
- Met the minimum deposit amount
If all conditions were met, allow up to 24 hours for the deposit to appear in your account, as processing times can vary.
If your balance still does not update after 24 hours, create a support ticket and provide the following details:
- Deposit address
- Amount sent
- Network used
- Transaction ID / Hash
This information allows the FaucetPay team to verify and resolve the issue efficiently.
