If you still have access to your FaucetPay account and your 2FA app, you can disable Two-Factor Authentication from the Account Settings page. Simply enter your 6-digit code and confirm the action.
If you no longer have access to your authenticator app (for example, if your phone was lost, reset, or replaced), click the link at the bottom of the 2FA verification window where it asks for your code. This will open a form to submit a formal request for manual deactivation.
To process your request, you’ll need to provide information confirming your account ownership. This additional verification step is required to ensure that only the rightful owner regains access to the account.
