If you notice a difference in your balance, please review your Transaction History, located in your Dashboard. There you can find a detailed record of all activity associated with your account — including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, exchanges, games, and faucet earnings.
Sometimes balances change due to completed transactions, currency swaps, or bets made within the platform. Reviewing your full transaction list will usually clarify the reason for any variation.
It’s important to note that fluctuations in the estimated USD value do not indicate missing funds. These values reflect current market prices and can change frequently. The only balance that truly matters is the amount of the cryptocurrency itself, which can always be traced in your transaction history.
If you see movements you did not make, your account may have been compromised. In this case:
- Immediately change your password
- Scan your device for malware
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for additional security
