My withdrawal shows as completed but I haven’t received it — what should I do?

Once FaucetPay processes your withdrawal, you will be able to see the transaction hash on the blockchain.

To troubleshoot:

  1. Check the transaction on the blockchain using the provided hash to confirm it has been completed.
  2. Verify the withdrawal address you used to ensure it was correct.

If the transaction is confirmed and the address is correct, FaucetPay no longer has control over the funds. You will need to contact the recipient wallet or exchange with the transaction details for further assistance.
