Account deletion is not available directly to users, but you can request permanent suspension if you no longer wish to use FaucetPay.
Before proceeding, make sure to:
- Withdraw your entire balance
- Complete or cancel any pending actions
- Understand that once suspended, you will not be able to log in again or use the same email to create a new account in the future
If you simply no longer plan to use your account, it’s perfectly fine to leave it inactive after withdrawing your funds. Your account will remain secure as long as your credentials are private.
If you still wish to suspend it, please note that this is a permanent action.
