If your login verification code is not arriving, check the following:
- Check all inbox folders – Look in your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders. Some email providers may filter automated emails.
- Ensure FaucetPay emails are not blocked – Make sure you have not unsubscribed from FaucetPay emails and that your email provider is not blocking them.
- Wait a few minutes – Delivery can sometimes be delayed due to temporary email service congestion.
- Request a new code – If the email does not arrive after a few minutes, try requesting another verification code.
If you have application-based 2FA enabled, you should instead obtain the code from your authentication app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy).
If the issue persists after several attempts or for more than 24 hours, please contact FaucetPay support. When creating a ticket, include your account email address and a detailed description of the issue so the team can investigate further.
