Conversions from Reward Points (RP) to Bitcoin (BTC) are manually reviewed and approved by an administrator, so the credit will not appear in your balance immediately.
After submitting the conversion request:
- The request enters a review queue.
- An administrator will approve the transaction before the BTC is credited to your account.
- This process usually takes between 8 and 16 hours, and often less depending on queue activity.
Once the conversion is approved, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that the BTC has been credited to your FaucetPay balance.
